I believe we need a 6th man exactly in the mold of Jason Terry. Right now Mo Williams is on the trading block, and Shane has been not at his best for us and is now probably going to be redundant with Ariza rising fast as a player. Jefferies? well, nothing more than a situational player who cannot make layups at 6-11. Expiring contract is probably a better term to describe those 2 players. A bit harsh on Shane, but we haven't won anything with him as a central piece to the "puzzle".

I know we have AB, but just because you have Tony Parker does not necessarily mean you can't do with a George Hill. I don't think our team has enough scoring power. I would definitely say Aaron is exactly like Mike Bibby, and Mo will exactly be like Bobby Jackson. And look at how awesome that team was under RA

Mo Williams also, I believe, would be a more attractive piece in a sign and trade for a premier free agent than Battier would be. Battier has little value other than an

After all, if you can get a 27 year old 16ppg scorer for not much than a player we do not see as part of our future plans, why not do it?

Will this help the team? Or not? Vote and find out. :)

we all saw what mo did in the playoffs against boston. he down right quit. And for some reason he always has that smug look on his face like he's a somebody. no thanks to mo williams. I'd much rather keep Battier and Jeffries.

Not a good idea: we're spending our trade assets to upgrade an area that is not what we need most. We already have one of the best backup points in the league (the guy in your sig). If we trade for another starting quality point guard and have 3 on our team, not only will one of them not play, but we will be unable to upgrade at the big we need nor on the wings.

Morey will not waste flexibility to further augment a position of strength.

Mo Williams is the worst All-Star reserve selection since Jamaal Magloire.

Bahaha I love the fact of how you are completely ignoring what is arguably the most important aspect of the game. DEFENSE. You say Jeffries is a useless player who can't make a lay up. Yeah well he provides size on the DEFENSIVE end. Battier didn't do much? How about shutting down every star player in the league? You can't win with just offense (see end of our season and Suns)

We can't trade Shane he is a "Leader" and his "Intangibles" are off the charts...

Seriously though, paying a backup that kind of money scares me and this also means bye bye to Kyle, not sure I'd make the deal.

LOL, a MLE quality player with 3 years left at 9 million per. How about instead of taking on a bloated contract, we save that money to give the better player we already have a raise when he comes due.
