Lowry, Battier, Miller, and Hill share the game ball. I thought Lowry was the one making things happen on offense. He almost blew it at the end, though, by not getting the ball to Scola when he had Westbrook on him and instead bricking a 12 footer. Finally a good shooting game from Battier. The Rockets don't ask for too much from him on the offensive side, but he has to hit the open shots.
i know its useless and people will flame me and its probably been said a few times in this thread but i still wish we had Gay instead
Do you know of any resources similar to NBA - hotspots for 2010-2011? Seems like he is still shooting well from the corner, but not at the elbow which is where alot of the open shots are created for him this year. That has been my impression and I wanted to find some data to see if it is correct.
That's the most ridiculous thing I've read in a while. I think Shane is the weak link of this team but even I'll give him props when he deserves it. There was nothing more he could have done to defend KD on that shot, and unless you think a guy who shoots 42% for the season is "unstoppable", Battier made him miss that.
Why would you bother to post it if you know it's useless? Let bygones be bygone. Had we won a ring with Yao and Tmac healthy then that trade would have been worth it. Things didn't play out in our favor, so it turned out that was a mistake. All the whining in the world is not going to bring Gay back to Houston, why does someone have to bring this up every time?
Battier had not been a great defensive since three seasons ago. Getting worst each of the last seasons.
Maybe if we play every game against Lakers or Thunder, he'll be MVP Candidate Thanks, Captain! You did a great job!
didn't see this until now, but you're wrong. Durant had a clean look and just missed a makeable shot.
