Who was the first player to get their own "I've grown to HATE" thread? Jeremy Lin?

At least he plays hard. Can't say the same about the guy that ironically has hard in his name.

    Corey Brewer plays hard too.

If they pay me just the minimum I'll go out there and play hard as well.

Beverly plays far too much. Ty was supposed to cut into his minutes.

    That hasn't happened.

There's a lot to not like about this team. Beverly playing as much as he does is just one small factor as to why we can't get right.

Seriously, where is Daryl Morey? He's too quiet lately when he should be in the locker room with these players. I hope he has exciting trades lined up. Only thing I'm looking forward to.

Either Lin or "James Frauden", that whole LOF era is a nasty blur.

You can't win in this league playing 4 on 5

We play 4 on 5 on offense (Bev doesn't count) and 4 on 5 on defense (Harden doesn't count)

Might as well try Vivek Ranadive strategy and leave Harden at the top. He is garbage defensively.

Beverley really isn't the problem, at least our lineups don't show any major issue with him on the court and typically it's better than the others.

As compared to say Terrence Jones, who reduces our lineups to philadelphia level (the only 3 people in the nba who have worst lineup data all play for philly, and that's because their lineups are vapid), he might actually be the worst player in the nba right now and he's getting 25 mpg.

subbing offensively putrid bev back in after lawson had finally starting clicking and the offense was humming as well as it had been at any point this entire season -- was beyond stupid. with bev we went back into offensive drought mode and basically gave the game away to SVG. this team will continue going nowhere until a real coach is finally brought in. bev should be used in spot minutes, not as a starter.

By the time Bev's contract comes to an end he will be making approximately 6% of the team's cap space at most...

He shouldn't be playing 35mpg, but I don't really see a reason to complain about Morey retaining him or having him on this roster. He's a solid rotation player, nice glue piece, brings energy and he's paid accordingly.

He's a crutch that the imbeciles we have coaching the team turns to whenever the imbeciles we have coaching the team stop trying to get Harden to play defense. His mere presence on the roster is an enabler of bad habits by the coaching staff and Harden. What makes it worse is that his defense is effing terrible. He is a SELFISH defender. He's like a safety who constantly decides to blitz the quarterback. Sure he will look good going after him and people will say he hustles, but guess what, his actions exposes the coverage.

reggie brutally torched him in the 4th Q. he cannot even stay in front of his man anymore. he is actually a below-average perimeter defender just based on that. and i'm so sick of watching him hound players in the backcourt with no effectiveness other than a couple of needless over-aggressive handchecking fouls every game.

why focus so much on role players, no matter how big their role is?

    tjones, bev, brewer, ariza,,,

    no.

it all starts w/ the leader (or supposed leader). its so obvious at this point.

Much like everyone else on the team his defense is no place to be found.

What I didn't understand was why we kept Bev in when we took Harden out in the 4th. We desperately needed a play maker, yet we could even get inside the three point line.

I also don't understand in the game prior, why we didn't put Capela in for the rebound (we could have had Dwight and Capela to secure the rebound -- we didn't need to make the free throw, just get the ball. Little things like this should be noticed by the coach. I don't think I am out of line pointing them out. It's little things like this that made McHale a poor coach -- JB might have too many of McHale's old habits.

Do you ever have anything nice to say about anything? I mean, I know this season hasn't been filled with nice things to talk about, but your entire post history in the GARM is nothing but hate-filled rants and overreacting hyperbole about your "favorite" team.

Some keywords from your last 8 GARM threads: seriously, incriminating, incredibly, bad Jeff Foxworthy impersonation, -idiot, infuriating, consequences, constantly, without a doubt, softest, I have ever seen, unimportant, rant, I don't care, not winning anything

FFS, that's a lot of hyperbole and venom. I get that you want to vent, but man, posts like these are a big part of why this board has slowly but continuously devolved into a cesspool.
