To support your point, Harden's points per game increased every season since his rookies year except for the year Dwight joined the Rockets, his assists per game also increased every season until this season when another all time great passer CP3 joined him. That's pretty darn impressive considering this is his 9th year, and he already was a all NBA player in his 4th season.

2nd best Rockets player of all time, and that was my opinion two years ago. By the time he is done for us, Harden may set some personal records that may not be broken for generations to come. Need a couple of titles to put him in the same sentence as Dream, though.

I really hope we win a championship this year, beating the Warriors as they are right now would be similar in weight as when Nowitzki beat the Heat, it’s a championship that has more worth.

The thing that held T-mac back was that he was a soft chucker that was inefficient for his entire career except for one season in Orlando. His career true shooting percentage was 51 percent which is lower than pretty much anyone that you would consider a star in the NBA. He was also afraid to get into the paint after his orlando years.

Klay has zero shot at being the no. 1 option on a championship team

So basically James Harden is the best player in the nba..... and it’s not even close.

    Wow

We’re very lucky to have this guy.

Also making almost 50% on step back 3s and he’s made more than every team.

    Harden is a serously underrated.

If he wins 2 chips and gets his mvp this year. You have to start seriously considering him as one of the 10 best players of alltime.

The impact this guy has on his team is unlike any i have ever seen besides Lebron in his heyday.

He’s basically the 6’5 version of Lebron with better scoring but worse defense.

Can’t go wrong with either guy.

If KD is not on golden state nothing would be in the way of harden ripping off 3-4 straight finals appearances.

Even with golden state I find it hard to believe he doesn’t make and win atleast 1.

    As a side note

Curry just turned 30 harden is still only 28.

KD is about to be 30.

Harden should have at worst a 2 year gap between those guys were he can def win a ring if Golden state deems to tough the next 2-3 years.

He's unstopabble when he drives, better than any player I've seen since Iverson, thats why I get pissed when he settles for bad contested 3s. He let's people get in his head too easy.

Cool way to align the superstars in the league, but

...uh, the midpoint of the Red (Centers) appears to be entirely outside the ellipses of two positions (SF and PF) and significantly outperforming PG and SG, too.

that chart either proves conclusively that this is still a center-dominated league (Red is the highest and most consistently performing color by far), or it proves that either WS or PER (or both) as stats need to be seriously put into question regarding their importance to the new NBA..

inb4 someone tries to defend those stats by saying they are indeed capturing the most important position, Center. Or by saying the rest of the positions are so much better now that the game is much easier for average centers to outperform them on these metrics....which brings us back to: What good are the metrics if they overvalue a position.
