    An argument can be made for "none".

    However you seemed to ignore my other post about a solution that was implemented by the previous administration that was empathatic and pragmatic.

    The bar for policies shouldn't be "is it legal". That is a very low bar. The bar should be "is it pragamtic and is it empathatic".

    Are you basically trying to make an argument that we shouldn't criticize the president for any policy that isn't worse than the bar of "illegal"?

    I think President Trump is trying to portray a narrative not in good faith by purposefully worsening a crisis to gain sympathy for more votes.

    I think that's dangerous for America. Because it makes people vote on false information which then means we are not making decisions with the best information available. Thus I want to criticize any time this happens because I don't this problem to get worse.

    im making an argument he is doing what he said he would do and doing it within the authority granted to a president.

    If he has overstepped his authority it has been addressed in our system of checks and balances
