Schedule

So I was looking at the Rockets schedule this season and something jumped out at me.

The schedule this season is not as difficult as in years past in terms of the way it plays out with easier to mediocre opponents coming after tough ones almost all year.

It starts now but the Rockets have a very real chance to get back into the thick of things and grab a 4 seed or maybe even 3 seed. We're 4 games back from the 3 seed and 2 games back from being the 5 seed.

This season is not lost but we must start now with these next 4 games to end November. We gets a revenge game against a struggling Memphis team then have a very winnable 76rs team coming into town on Friday. After that we go to NYC to play a revenge game against another very winnable team in the Knicks and finish it out with imo the toughest test Detroit.

Getting back to 500. Should be the goal of everyone to end the month. J.B gets 3 days to work with his group and get some real practice time in. Start December fresh at 9-9 and act like the season is just begining and its a 64 game season.

Is 45-19 record starting in December out of the question? Maybe but it's very doable and would put us at 54 wins which imo be good enough for a top 4 seed and then anything is possible.

 

I would assume as professional athletes they do care. Regardless how much a lot of you guys want to preach that these players quit 14 games into the season I just don't buy it.

Maybe there not as good as we thought coming into the year that I can conceive but to say they don't care I refuse to believe that. I have never met anyone at my local gym playing basketball that didn't want to win there's not way the best athletes in the world don't want to win. This team showed a lot of resolve last year this is just another growing pain they have to go through.
