Apologies to the OP. He got early word and broke it.

I'm going to go back to hammering nails into my eyeballs.

Schaub is the most important key to this offense.

W can afford to miss AJ and Foster for some time but we will crash and burn without Schaub.

Man, no NBA and now this?

    ****!

Well we have a bye week and a nice schedule. All we really need is a game manager IMO and I believe Matt Leinart can do that for us.

If the texans manage to get the bye in the playoffs, that would give schaub 8 weeks. Assuming it's a broken bone there is a change he could be back by then...i hope

If any of the elite teams in the NFL can sustain an injury to the QB, it's the Texans with their defense and running game. I still believe. Just trying to find a silver lining...

Matt Schaub has significant foot injury and will be out several weeks.

I propose we just cut the foot off. CYBORG SCHAUB.

With as weak as the division is, I still expect to go at least 3-3 and win the South. Maybe it buys enough time for Schaub to get healthy for the playoffs.

It's like someone has to tag out for someone to tag in. Foster, AJ, Schaub. WTH. Hopefully we can at least tread water to the tune of 3-3 and still take the division.

    Lost our best offensive player.

Lost our most talented defensive player.

    Lost our most important player.

    Hopefully Leinart can do something.

Only in Houston. I was as high on this team this morning as I ever have been. Thinking about a first round bye and hosting a couple of playoff games.

Now I'll just be happy to get to the playoffs. Part of what makes our defense so good is the ability to run the ball and keep them off the field. Part of what makes the running game so good is the deep ball, and Schaub is much better than Leinart in that area.

    Earn your money Leinart.

Every team must have two good QB's.
