Is it against their religion to do something useful for mankind with that kind of money? You never hear those oil-producing countries donating billions to charity, tsunami/hurricane/earthquake relief, etc.... Or if not for mankind, spend a ton of money on education and make their general population a hell of a lot more educated and skilled.
pretty r****ded. its not as if they are short on land in freakin saudi arabia. and they can accomodate upto a million visitors? as if anybody wants to go in there in that heat.
Geez, can you imagine what that would look like in Houston? As it stands, the tallest building here is 1,002 feet tall. Take that building and stack four more on top of it, and it would still be shorter. Just insane.
The view from the top must be incredible. When clouds are low, it'll almost be like a view from an airplane... In a sense.
