If DAJ could make a free throw, maybe. Big maybe. Like this: MAYBE.

But Clint is really playing well and has improved his free throw shooting quite a bit. I don't know. Maybe someone could convince me otherwise. I can't blame DAJ for wanting to win and for wanting to win at home with a fun team. The Clippers are mired in mediocrity this year.

the main advantage that DJ has over Clint right now IMO is that there’s no question of if he could handle 32-35 minutes every night...I like Clint more when it comes to a lot of other stuff tho

hack-a-DJ would be terrible to have to go through

Deandre would be great off the bench.

Pretty much this. We need someone who can be in most of the game in the playoffs. I don't see how DJ won't be better playing with both Harden and CP3. The downside is of course his free throw shooting. Another poster mentioned trading Capela to bring in another star, possibly adding another playmaker at the 3 or 4 spot but I'm not sure who is out there that we could realistically get that will improve this team and will take on Anderson's contract.

Typing all this out makes me realize I don't want anything disrupting the chemistry and flow this team has built so far. Disregard and carry on.

Why we already have this years all star western conference center....no thanks unless on buyout. But I’m loving me some NeNe as backup.

Only if he agrees to a buyout, and if he and CP3 can get along with each other. He will also have to realize that Capela will be ahead of him in the rotation. This is very unlikely to happen. If he doesn't come to Houston, I'm okay with it.

Clint still shows a lot of lack of awareness and softness from time to time which is irritating but there is nothing more irritating than seeing Jordan clank all those FTs.

Clint's total win shares this season is already on pace to best Deandre's best year.

    Keep the Clint.

I wouldn't trade Clint for DJ but I want everyone to realize that if CP3 and Harden want DJ in Houston...he's already on the way.

I would pull the trigger if they take on Ryno's contract.

    Clint + Ryno for DeAndre

He is definitely an upgrade over Nene.. Considering Clint only gets about 25 mpg, Deandre can get about 22 mpg or so. and give us 10 and 10 of the bench..

I would tell Jerry West to beat it, and never call Houston again. Capela and Anderson are WAY better than DJ.
