It's one preseason game against the Sharks.... Did some of ya'll have expectations that Anderson was going to average 14ppg, 7rpg, and shooting 45% percent from deep right out the gate? Ryno's role in this team is going to be that Korver type role, limited mins, probably average less than 10 a game and will only be put in the game when we need some very deep 3 pt shooting, knock down a three here and there, and hope he gets hot. If he can play 15 mins a game and hit 3 to 4 three's consistently, For what he's being paid now, that would be pretty good.

if Anderson can’t make open 3s against the Sharks wtf will he do against NBA teams?
He’s toast and I’m sure will get cut before the trip to Japan

shouldn't really expect anything less. it was hot takes alert last night. and itll be that way all through the meaningless preseason.

i mean mcw had a nice preseason last year and cf's drooled all over him as if he was anything less than terrible. then the real thing began and it was the non surprise disaster

Ryno and some veterans were letting other guys shoot: he put up only 2 shots in 15 minutes, but he had 3 assists, 4 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 block.

Thabo was similar: 13 minutes, only 1 FGA, 3 assists, 3 reb., 1 steal.

Look at the FGA column of the box score and it paints a pretty clear picture of a preseason game in which the vets were not shooting and young guys were getting their chance:
    FGA
    Harden 7
    Rivers 3
    Tucker 3
    Anderson 2
    Sefolosha 1

    McLemore 16
    Clemons 16
    Capela 13
    Clark 9

I guess Ryno being paid in pocket lint isn't going to shield him from being dragged on clutchfans.

the ryan anderson signing was a low-key assistant coach signing after mike dantoni has reportedly lost all of his assistant coaches, whom have been fired by rockets management!

That's just my opinon! I'm sticking to it!

He'll be great at that discount price. Face it he wasn't bad just not 20 mil dollars good. He's our new matt bullard. Cheerleader/ hits a 3 when we need it.

Only if he can hit his shots.

Right now Green, McLemore, Tucker, Gordon, Harden, etc. are more money from 3.
