I know Durant and Westbrook are top 10 players, but I didn't realize just how average their team looks. Am I wrong in saying that?
3. Nash was notoriously bad defensively. Westbrook is top tier. 4. Nash shot career .428 from 3. Westbrook is not a great 3 point threat. .304 average 5. Westbrook is nowhere near the floor general Nash was. Not the most willing passer despite his numbers. 6. Enes Kanter = Amare? How are these players even remotely similar? I understand neither play defense, but you can't be serious. Kanter isn't an elite athlete by any metric. You'd honestly be better off comparing Westbrook to Kidd. As ridiculous as that sounds, at least it makes more sense than Steve Nash. Really?
They are very similar to the Clippers. Basically the exact same team. Kanter = DeAndre Durant = CP3 Westbrook = Stephenson Ibaka = Griffin Novak = Reddick

I'm not buying the Thunder this year. Their frontline is significantly worse than when they were good, they lost Harden and Sefolosha, and haven't done anything to fill that gap. They'll be starting Roberson there. I'm just not buying the hype. Maybe home court advantage, but I see the tops as the Warriors, Rockets, Clippers, and Spurs, in that order. I see the Thunder, Grizzlies, Pelicans, and Jazz rounding out the bottom half. I think there will actually be some separation from the top eight and bottom seven this year, and I see those being the Suns and Kings, then the Timberwolves and Lakers, then the Trailblazers and Nuggets, and the Mavericks will finish last (they'll tank).
