If there’s a 3rd team involved to take Ryno, why wouldn’t Denver just cut us out and dump their players on that other team?
Like Deuce said in the other thread, aside for the fact that Denver wants to lower their salaries, why would we want Chandler at 13M when we didn't keep Trevor for the same money? Makes no sense. People generally tend to get more exited about players of other teams cause they assume they are for some reason better. That's what happened with Anderson too actually, it was like we signed Love or Dirk because he knocked down some long 3s and some step back 2s.
The Wilson chandler that exists in people’s mind is not the same Wilson chandler that plays professional basketball.

I don't know anything about Iko's reporting but this doesn't seem like surprising news considering several "Houston is rumored to be interested in Wilson Chandler' stories have popped up over the last few years. It sounds like Chandler is on Morey's board somewhere and the conditions to get him just haven't been right.
Their 2 make 26ish v 20, that's 6 mil; that's a lot. Ryno is an expiring next year so 1 @21 is movable? Call it a 'framework', at least a starter?
If this has any real traction I see why we would do it. Yes you could pay Ariza 13 mil but still have Ryno on the books. This way you have an Ariza type and shed that 20 mil meaning still come out positive to sign other nice role pieces or money for Capela

Ryno for WC and Faried or WC and Plumlee doesn’t work tho, u have to include a salary like Nene’s as well...or maybe we have some NGT’s to throw in
So the deal would possibly be the Rockets receiving expiring Faried and Chandler, Denver gets off all that salary, and Atlanta would get Ryno, a 1st from us, and a 2nd from Denver? I would 100% do this deal if possible.
