    The possibility of Lebron coming here is more likely than getting PG13, PG is either a laker or might stay with OKC to get the supermax, HE AINT COMING HERE

    The only way the Rockets can get LeBron short of dismantling a team that won 65 games is if he opts in to his player option for next season. So, you think they need to pitch him to choose Houston over staying in Cleveland, or forcing the Lakers to give up assets for him when they can sign him outright in free agency?

    1. He has to Opt in for us to be players and that decision is 2 days away.
    2. I can't believe he isn't 75-80% sure what he wants to do given that time line. If he had won the championship, I bet he stays in Clev, but losing the way he did had to make him 90% sure he has to leave.
    3. Debates about his priorities--family, business, scoring records, etc. are popular with the media and fans, but I have to think winning is his priority and like any great family, his will support his decision.
    4. Is he intrigued by LAL, BOS, and Philly? Yes, I have to believe he's thought about each one and weighed the pros/cons for each city/team. However, as one of GOAT competitors, LeBron has to have a living fire in his belly to crush the Warriors and end their reign.

    The King will have a new kingdom soon, here's hoping he makes the choice that rights the force within the NBA and creates balance and harmony throughout the universe of basketball courts across the globe.

    Sounds plausible enough. It's definitely not for recruiting, since we can only trade for him.

    It seems like this could be the type of project that needs multiple days of advance notice to be ready in time. For someone like Lebron, you could easily see a trade on Thursday or Friday, followed by a "welcome event" on Monday.

    This doesn't guarantee he's coming, but it may mean that someone thought there was a high enough probability to go ahead and get the project going.

    Absolutely, and I know it's ambiguous, but if this project takes let's say 3 days, and LeBron commits tomorrow. Why have to wait for the turnaround to get things going? This may simply be a highly sought after contingency plan JIC. But, the fact that it has been green-lighted by the Rockets organization, has of course peaked my interest enough to share. Maybe this happens all the time, idk...
