YES!!! His so-call mental health doctor is really just a family practice doctor... The Rockets actually issued White a REAL mental health professional doctor but he refuses to go and now he wants his so call mental health doctor who's really just a family practice doctor to be put in the executive position on the Rockets so he can give out executives orders...

I love when talks about transparency, truth, and honesty, then deletes his posts or tweets or whatever.

    he seems mentally unstable

"I also deal with OCD and PTSD, a lot of us deal with PTSD and don't even know it and that's the next cookie that's going to crumble pretty soon.."

    Great... I can't wait.

My point exactly. The Family Doc needs to jump off the gravy train and let a Mental Health Specialist deal with White's issues. It is ridiculous to think that the Rockets would defer to this quack.

i don't get it. Does the PTSD cookie crumble because it's being squeezed so tightly by "anxiety troopers#" ?

Royce is a victim is of his own immaturity and by stressing you have anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress and all that, you are never going to heal. He really acts like he's the only one in the world with problems. If I hadn't seen that pre-draft video, I would've been 100% sure that he was psychotic or faking it.

That's the way the rookie crumbles.

I am annoyed that while being drafted he made it seem like it was just an issue with flying but he could deal with it. He gets drafted, collects a couple of checks and then just cant do it. It is pretty unfair that the extent of his problems were not expressed by him before the draft.

One of the major things that bugs me about this as well.

The twitter rampage and #protocol demands only came after he got a guaranteed contract.

The guy has poor character, IMO.

Don't let Dude off the hook. He's playing with the Rockets or he's playing in another country. That's it.

I don't think his beef is with the Rockets. It's with the NBA.

Actually I don't think he has a beef with anyone, he just made some bad choices and can't own up to it.

specifically, he stated right after training camp started that the work he had put in during the summer with the coaches was voluntary and free, but that when camp started his services were going to start coming only on his terms.

nothing about all this drama with him has ever been about his health. it's all about gaining control and feeding his ego.....literally his way or the highway30

similarly, he talks about honesty truth righteousness etc., and then he explains that if he didn't want to really play in the nba he would just ask for a buyout now. a buyout which would basically be taking money from an nba for absolutely nothing, in other words stealing (as is his penchant).

like you said, he simply has poor character. and it's that and not any medical problems at all that's responsible for the entire sequence of events so far

The only reason why this so call quack of a doctor is backing up Royce is because Royce is paying him big bucks. On top of that, Royce expects the Rockets to let his so-call mental health professional to be given the executive position in a multi-million dollars company...

Royce seems fine and well at the start of the season after the flying issues were solved. But after the Rockets got James Harden, and a few games into the season where he was still riding the bench while Harden was playing like a star and fans were cheering for Harden, Royce decided to go AWOL and badmouthing the Rockets and talking about his #protocol.

When Royce was back in Iowa, he was the star of that team and everything revolves around him. He thought the same thing would occur when he came to Houston but the hard reality of the NBA hit him. So he had to use his mental illness as a crutch and try to force the Rockets into his demands. I don't know White personally but the way things are going on lately, it really seems like it.

Royce doesn't understand that in the NBA, nothing is given to you. He doesn't understand that hard work and dedication is needed to be successful in the NBA. He missed out on media day and was sitting at home during training camp while other players were busting their butts and doing drills while he's at home looking for RVs. Training camp is important for young players, especially rookies so when he didn't show up for camp, he was already behind. But behind or not, he thought he was entitled to playing time at the start of the regular season.

I have a feeling that the first few games where White was actually with the team sitting on the bench, he was envy watching Harden making big shots and plays with fans cheering for Harden while he's sitting there thinking, that should of been me...

And why people need to avoid people with mental disorders. Such a damn shame he doesn't realize the harm he is doing to sufferers.

The Rockets can keep him from playing in any other FIBA league, too.

He's probably more pissed when he saw undrafted player like Greg Smith getting playing time.
