All depends on Parsons/Lin's health and Asik status. As in who's coming back to the Rockets if/when he's traded away. Personally I'm the pessimistic type. I will take 4-4 right now assuming we can come out of it relatively healthy.
Voted we will win all of them in honor of what the GARM thinks our record should be if we only fired McHale/traded Harden/whatever.
The Spurs on Christmas, err, the 4th in 5 game in OKC we have no chance, the away Pacers game, well more chance than the Spurs imo, but I think we're as likely to win one of those 3 as lose 1 of those other 5 so 5-3
I wish our team played good consistently enough to be confident that this schedule is no problem but unfortunately I don't.
I'll be happy with 4-4, since we'll be incorporating new players into the rotation after the Asik trade.
Losses to the Pacers, Spurs and Thunder. I'm REALLY hoping Howard can solve Hibbert. I don't think D12 did that well against him in the preseason (iirc). Granted, it's been some time, but I don't think Howard has faced a quality defensive-minded big yet. Spurs because they're the Spurs, and Thunder because they're the Thunder.
Dec.18 vs Chicago Bulls W Easy win Dec.20 @ Indiana Pacers W Tight game but we'll take this one home Dec.21 @Detroit Pistons L Trap game Dec.23 vs Dallas Mavericks W Tight game due to bad movement but will win Dec.25 @ San Antonio Spurs W Tough win Dec.26 vs Memphis Grizzlies W Easy win Dec.28 vs New Orleans Pelicans W Easy win without Davis Dec.29 @ Oklahoma City Thunder L Will lose this B2B 6-2
why skip our next three games on your list? we've got three consecutive road games including Portland and Golden State before we start the stretch in Chicago...
Rest the starters for the Pacer, Spurs and Thunder games. Win the rest. 5-3 with a healthy team by the end of the year.
