To summarize, November 17th is the first game I'll be able to watch on root? Today's game vs golden state is only in csn correct?
Okay, a lot of answers in the air. Couple say after the 16th, some say 14th. Some have no clue at all. Is there a official answer out when the channel will begin? I just can't wait to catch the Rockets on TV again. :E
There has been no definite answer from any reliable source, as far as I know. The 14th comes from the fact that the CSN programming schedule only goes that far. The 17th is the day someone involved with the court hearings said they were shooting for. After the last appeal, a DTV executive said they did not have a launch date yet. AS of now, I would expect it to be some time after the 17th. I think if it were going to be before that we would already know a date.
Reid Ryan? This is great news!!! The long nightmare is over!!!! I spent a night with my 14 year old son of driving between Texans Grill (where service is terrible and we didn't get a menu or drinks after an hour of being there) and Buffalo Wild Wings (where I resisted going because food is awful) to watch the Rockets last night. Would have loved to watch the Rockets at home and grab pizza or something else that's crappy at home!!!!!!!!! AT HOME!!!!!!
You are missing the extraordinary point that you have a 14 year old that is willing to be seen in public with his father on a Saturday night. You have done well.
I know, right? He had tryouts yesterday. In 12 minutes he was 2/3 on jump shots and 4 layups...had 4 blocks...and 2 rebounds. In 12 minutes. Yeah, he made the team. And since you know me for real you're thinking, "what?? whose kid is that? how tall was the milkman?" He's about to create a MadMax II moniker here. Yeah, i'm proud. More proud of who he is as a human being. Great kid. You'd love him, Ref. If you get a chance to come see him play that would be great. Would love to catch up!
