Yes Whiteside lacks bball iq. Like that's critical for your 3rd center? How much iq does he need to be effective in the third center role?

Run down the middle of the floor, try to block anything at the rim, box out and rebound, throw the outlet pass, run back up the floor, set pick, roll to basket....... repeat.

I hope Powell can keep Dwight in good spirits on the bench. Bros before semi-pros.

 

I'd rather keep Pittman. The team needs a third string center in case of injury. Powell brings nothing of value to the Rockets.
