Not that KJ would have been particularly good at it, but are we not short on SF's right now? I feel like Dekker can't play the 3 against everyone, which makes Ariza our only true SF. Are there any SF's on the FA market or on the brink of being bought out?
That's not a sure thing though I mean if I was Bogut pride will make me sign with the Cavs or SaS over Houston. He talked **** about Htown maybe he won't eat his words and sign with the team. I'm kinda hoping Morey gets his 10M player at the last sec.
In my opinion this buyout strategy needs to net something significant. I understand Tyler Ennis(because you got Lou), but was not ready to sign off KJ. When you have guys that can stretch the floor and create space in the lane you need a garbage pal guy to slash and cut to the basket to keep defenses honest. This is what make GS's offense so great and this was a strength of KJ's and he could hit the occasional 3. That's the role that Brewer(he could not even hit the occasional 3) was playing in this offense and you can see from this teams performance last night will be missed. That's how the Rockets should have got KJ on the floor. We will see how this pans out.
When this guy can't play for the Nets it'll be his sixth coach to pass on him. And yet he'll still have defenders that say he only plays like crap in garbage time and practice because his coaches never give him a chance. Poor KJ, denied the playing time he so rightly deserves. Why can't they see how special he is?
Its the haircut. If he had gotten one before he was traded the Rockets would have taken him more seriously.
