Rockets trade Jordan Hill to Lakers for Derek Fisher, 1st round pick

The anger i felt when i read this was of comical proportions...im just...i can't even be mad, im in a fit of mad laughter lol

 

We will probably buy out Fisher and he will re sign with the Lakers.

 

Can we straight cut Fisher from the team now? Hate to see this flopping dirty mofo in a Rockets jersey

 

We got a first round pick for Hill.

 

Now we can move the NY pick. Follow up deal perhaps?

 

How does this benefit the lakers? Cap room I'm guessing?

I assume that Laker fans are even more confused..

OK, since we are getting and not dealing the 1st round pick, this is better.

Still not great, and we must be trading Dragic if we got Fisher - unless the injury to Lowry concerns the Rockets front office enough to get Fisher as a fill-in.

 

So we traded Jordan Hill for a first round pick really.

 

Please Fish take a buyout and go back to Lala Land. I don't want that guy on my team.

 

This move completely upsets me. Nothing splashy at the deadline, typical Morey. We love our chances to get that big star when the opportunity comes.

Hmm. So the Rockets purposely add salary for the offseason. Which makes me think Morey isn't going to try to make some sort of huge FA splash. I guess there's still money for DWill if for some bizzare reason he wants to come here. But otherwise I guess fairly good use of the cap room. Fisher also means we don't have to play Flynn anymore.
