He still sucks and is camp fodder. Once he sucks in camp he is as good as gone.

Settle down. Take a breath bro. You always this angry?

He's got potential. If he didn't have any, the professionals wouldn't have made him an offer.

I get angry when people latch on to the "good guy" or "just wants his shot" speech, yet where were they for guys like Tierre Brown? He aint good, he never was. He is just "good enough" and thats all. The dude has an ego. Unrightfully so.

Sorry to tell you this, but he will not suck in camp. He has actually shown that he can run well with our full rookie line up. It really sucks that you feel that way.

I hope Machado will be great for us. Still rooting for Livingston. Let's go tall, not small: Livingston, Parsons, TJ, Moti, Asik.

Man chill. Lin is still the starter.
Is that what you wanted to hear?

Now i'm convinced you are just hating. He, just like Royce, had two so-so games and three good ones. Including a game leading 20 points in one of the games.
Knowing you, those facts were totally ignored.

That was what people said about Lin. Some are still saying. I hope IQ/EQ are high enough.

Royce has a game that needs an offense to almost be tailor made to his skill set...lets think about it, how many teams besides the Heat have a SF/PF that can pass like him? They certainly were NOT giving Royce an offense that exploited his skills...Machado on the other hand...

Machado is supposedly this uber talented kid who is the best passer people have seen in years, yet he blew chunks...when he should have done well, after all a PASS FIRST PG doesnt need a system because he IS the system right?

Sorry im not hating, im just not blind like you are.

Ill just say it, since its what you wanna see.

Machado does NOT deserve to be in the NBA.

Clutch got to see him play in Vegas, and while watching those last few games, liked what he saw, and has said here that he's glad we've signed him. A cliché for sure, but I'll say it anyway. If Machado is good enough for Clutch, he's good enough for me. Sure, the guy has a big chip on his shoulder, but if he brings the game to back it up, we'll be glad we locked him up. Let's give Machado a chance. If there's one thing we can count on, it's that Morey will get rid of him if he doesn't cut it. Can't be fairer than that.

You're blind if you didn't see the chemistry he developed in just 5 games with the other rookies.
I mean, think about it. In one of those games, he made Josh Harrellson look good.

I like this move. I would have preferred if they got a PG with lil more experience to back up Lin but I like when teams have 2 PG's with opposite playing styles. Lin being more of a scorer and Machado being more of the traditional pass first PG Rockets have a good young backcourt. I STILL DONT CARE FOR LIN's GAME...tad bit OVERRATED!

So who's out? Whats the final cut looking like?

    Lin/Douglas/Machado
    Martin/Lamb/Livingston
    Parsons/Morris/Forbes
    Patterson/Jones/White
    Asik/Motiejunas/Johnson-?

Something like that? possibly without johnson and livingston.

I can fully accept this signing.

No player in their right mind is willing to sign a contract with team option year(s). This really put his ego in check.

    - He went undrafted
    - Didnt have an outstanding SL to become an eyecatcher.
    - No other teams offer favorable contract.
    - Forced to accept a contract with team option as the only offer.

To Machado: Be humble and cheer for your teammates on the sideline. Accept your role as a third string PG. Leave your ego behind when you are with the team.

    36 days and counting...........
