    Forget about 2015 free agency. Let's wait out until 2016 for Durant :grin:

    The reality is T.Jones & the Pelicans' pick is the best trade package Morey has to offer right now. It's very unlikely another GM trades a star player for that cache this year.

    I think the story is more about who he's not signing. Since striking out on the Bosh/Parsons super-scoop, we've picked up the good but not-exciting Ariza to a hefty contract, and some rookies. Add Dorsey who may as well be a rookie for all the good he'll do us.

    Dwight Howard and James Harden need real NBA players with actual proven talent to contend for a championship this year. Instead they get kids, journeymen, and unproven Euro talent. I'm down with cap flexibility and taking another swing at the big fish and whatever, but in the meantime Morey's pissing away Harden's and especially Howard's window of contention.

    T Jones and the Pelicans pick is a very good basis... I'm predicting at least a 16/9 year from Jones... could be more easily.

    An athletic post defender who is a great rebounder on a minimum contract. Much better player since his rookie season. Worst case, he blows and we waive (probably not guaranteed next year anyways). Best case, spells Dwight for ~10-12 minutes a night providing good defense/rebounding.
