Dekker Montrezl and Capela were disliked? I was mad at Dekker for pulling a bird and mowing his lawn or something then boom his back is gone. But Capela had more playoff minutes than reg season. why hated him?
Wow, I actually voted yes. Spoiler I think I just gave up and said "whatever". Vogel was gone, and I was told D'Antoni has a way of making players somewhat better in his system. As good as they've played, I'm still cautiously optimistic. We'll see how they respond against better teams and through adversity.
Capela was disliked on Draft day. Montrezl was disliked before the Warriors game last season. undersized forward and all. Dekker was disliked before AND after his back surgery. People really hated his social media posts too. Continuing into this year's summer league, a lot didn't think he was good at all.
Capel was never hated just overhyped by many and still is. The Rockets have serious rim protection and rebounding issues at the C position.

Pringles was universally disliked. I disagree on the others. Montrezl Harrell pulled someone from a burning car. He had no hate from me. Dekker seemed like a dork but he had the Wisconsin connection.
You can disagree if you want, but there is evidence all over the GARM of the Hate. I never go in disliking any player or acquisitions. Everyone on the internet is so quick to predict the career trajectory of everything so they can be the first to say "I told you so."
