Wish he was a little taller, although in college he was listed 6'8 and the NBA decided to add a little some'em some'em and now he's 6'11. Seriously though, he looks smaller than TJ. Why can't our bigs be big?! Hope he makes the team.

Played really well with his opportunities so far. Great rebounding. Hope he gets some minutes during the regular season.

Yep. We didn't have a center last year, and it forced us to play Parker there a lot. We could have been so good with him.

Speaking of Black is the real deal, it might have been mentioned already but did yall know Packer MVP QB Aaron Rogers was amped about Tarik Black too?

    Here's the story:

If Black doesn't make the squad (which I highly doubt), then you could quite possibly see him as a Green Bay Tight End catching passes from Aaron Rogers. No lie. Rogers liked what he saw in Black's athleticism after a visit to the Jayhawks, and he put in through the channels with the Packers to reach out to Black and encourage him him to try out. Packers people were calling Black and giving him Roger's cell # and everything.

I'm liking Black more and more.

He has really impressed so far; could he be the "find" of the offseason? Yes he could.

Maybe Aaron Rogers should reach out to Terrence Jones' people. :)

Are you one of those guys that doesn't value rebounding and thinks basketball is only about guards who score?

We could use a backup center.

Rudy Gobert could have been had with a second round IIRC. He would have been a perfect backup here.
