Rockets seeking trade this week after waiving House

I don't follow the Knicks, so I wasn't aware he may get his third DNP in a row... maybe there's something to this...

Please don't make a trade. This team is garbage regardless who we bring in.

Just stand pat, keep our pick, and get somebody talented in the 12-15 range.

 

If we gonna go for lottery we should tank. Just rest CP for an entire year.

Every once in a while a team has a bad game. This team is not having bad games any more they are a bad team that thinks they are good. That said they are better built for the playoffs than the regular season. I am a fan of MDA, but not a fan of the way he is handling the team right now. Daryl has won one too many trades and he has to lose one for teams to deal with him. They look horrible almost unwatchable..

 

This would be the logical move, but Morey and Tilman will foolishly try to compete with this clown show team and hurt the future even more.

 

So, how much did this news hurt team morale?

The truth is, a good GM should absolutely tell people when they're performing poorly. If anything, they should have taken this as a challenge and shown what they can do. Getting trashed by the Gobert-less Jazz is more like saying "I don't want to face this challenge."

As always, at times when the problem is catastrophically systemic - to the point where you can't even pinpoint a pattern of weakness - then you have to put it on the leaders. No team spending 80% of what we're spending, playing through Harden/Paul/Gordon/Capela/Tucker/COTY and eyeing a title should perform this poorly, even with 7-8 fringe NBA players on the roster. These are excuses for a 14-10 record, not an 11-13 record.

 

How long do i have until holic tells me I need to trade capela for someone who averages less than 4 turnovers a game in order to win a ship?

 

A lot of you guys were opposed to something like this. I still stand by it.

This is some b.s.
Paul's #1 asset was supposed to be leadership. Where is it? If he's not providing stats or leadership, then what makes him better than a younger, more productive John Wall?

I think not making a move is basically tanking. This team is going to implode on itself by January.

Too many proud vets on this team that have to be pissed by this and will probably start pointing fingers at each other or the coach.

 

They probably are doing that for quite a while, the collapse continues unfortunately.

I'm getting to the point where we blow it up. Not quite there, but arriving. This team has been beyond awful. I'll see what they do as far as December 15th and whatnot, but whatever happens, I just don't get last night's debacle.

If the team doesn't care, why should I? But I care. So.....if you have to go drastic (trading CP3's sea anchor contract), do so (although this won't happen).

This team. Just....wow. Wow in a bad way.

Just rest him and Harden more. Play MCW more. Let the team naturally tank.
