Yeah. The unfortunate thing about this season is basically every "good" win has been essentially cancelled out with a "bad" loss, and there's been more bad losses than good wins. We'll see how things go with Cov in the fold, but they have yet to have a real stretch of sustained solid play where you can feel confident that they'll really figure things out.
Not just that. Every quarter is a struggle, sure, they manage to win 1 or 2 quarters, and the rest is a dogfight. Either the Defense is going to shet, or the Offense doesn't click no more. Here comes Boston, an 'elite' defensive, disrupting team. I think Covington will improve perimeter Defense, but won't elevate his shooting percentages by much.
The record is meaningless. The team will make the playoffs and exit in the 1st or 2nd round most likely.
I predict we will continue to be one of the best offenses in the league and whenever we lose the offense will be to blame.
Currently 33-20 so on Pace for 51-31. So my analytics based prediction should be - 18-11 ! But since I'm feeling optimistic I'll make it 19-10. Final answer/result 52-30.
We have a few things going for us that can help. 1. We have the 7th easiest schedule remaining according to tankathon 2. We only have two back to backs remaining 3. We should Ego and maybe Bruno (upgrade over Thabo) after the break.
