He has only 1 flaw, he can't go left and finish at the rim. No big deal, because James can't go right and finish with his right hand.

Goudelock always comes back to his right side, if he dribbles left he will pull up for a jump shot or cross back over to his right hand for a floater in the lane

Haha. He would notice when shots start falling.

Sign that they will shut down Harden?

His only flaw is that he can't get in the game...

Signing of the year, love how JBB and the staff implemented him into our system.

Terry is getting way to many minutes this late into the season. Hes getting about 19 minutes a game this month and isn't producing anything. 4.5 points & only 1 three pointer per game. Crazy not to give goudelock a few minutes.

What was the point of signing him? Just another body to rot on the bench while other guys are being overplayed.

The Goudelock signing was just as much about NEXT season as it was about this season.

The Rockets have Goudelock locked up for next season at the veteran's minimum salary (non-guaranteed until August 1) in a summer in which they will be down to just two other guards on the entire roster (Harden and Beverley).

That said, I would like to see Andrew get a few minutes here and there to see what he can do this season.

Agreed. And if the Rockets make a move with 2 Max contracts, players are going to have to be moved/renounced and the bench will be thinned. So getting guys like Beasley & Goudelock for cheap for next season was important.

I've wondered this about KJ for a couple of years.

Except how likely is it we land a Durant and/or Horford/Whiteside next season?

Out of those 3 Whiteside is the most likely candidate. I just don't see Durant or Horford signing with Rockets. I hope I am wrong though.

Please no Whiteside haha. He's an overrated defender and a poor offensive player. He has the kind of game where he makes a huge difference with double digit blocks and follows that up with a game where he chases 2-3 blocks but ends up being a negative on defense because of missed rotations. He's going to frustrate the heck out of CF.

He's a better fit than D. Howard. That's all you can really ask for. Plus he would get to spend time with The Dream. Could turn into something great. He has high upside and brings the same defensive presence as Howard. The big difference is he won't quit on the team because he isn't getting post touches.
