I hope it's a JSmoov move to #DecreaseTheDrop. I also hope AR never speaks, but simply listens. In my book of least favorites, AR is close to a former Rocket who will not be named. You know him based on his intentional "me first" decisions that cost us the series against Portland. Austin is never going to be besties with our core, but he can shoot the ball and he'll probably put up some good numbers when James is doubled and facilitates a pass to him. I'm not a fan. I want this to help, but in terms of chemistry, there had to have been a "come to jesus" talk if you want to play with CP and James. I do know that A.R. does not have a good reputation throughout the league. This is largely due to his personality (He has the Reggie of Detroit complex) of "I'm the man." But, it's also due to the nature of the relationship with his father. Players all know that he was "helped" in that massive pay day by Doc and he was one of the loudest at Clippers' practices in a way that was not helpful (See: Jimmy Butler) I think he knows he needs a good showing with a team like the Rockets for another shot in the league. No one's calling him with big offers. Morey is good at maximizing talent with "complicated minds." I've only seen Morey fail this apporach with Ty Lawson but that's because Jose/Jim and Patron were Ty's best buds. Oh, and the Denver police. Can't forget.
Austin could improve the spacing on the Rockets with his jumper, and perhaps get a few steals with an occasional pass. He needs to work hard. An entitled attitude will harm the ball club.
Better than MCW, more ready than Knight. Don't understand the crying in this thread, but I'm also not surprised.
Lol c’mon. You know the top 2 players on this team (and maybe Capela) had to bless off on this before it happens. Who knows, Rivers might be a player you hate until he’s on your favorite team.
