Yeah those stats are going down. Our starting lineup is good offensively, but not THAT good.

Any way I can see the averages, straight up? I'm not seeing it on NBA.com or the Rockets site.

Stats should average down as the season progresses. Thanks for posting. It's always interesting to see how stats are going after games.

All I have to say is our team is going to be scary! Other teams better be on notice, we are filled with guys who can score, defense needs to get better but I have confidense it will! Go Rockets!!

So is GmScr just a metric of overall impact of a game from a boxscore stand point?

How did you come up with GmScr?

And the 3 of 10 preseason game tally just verifies the eye test. Casspi is assured of a roster spot. Lin and D-Mo are seriously outplaying Bev and Jones. The Rockets are going to be a brutal match up for every team in the NBA this season. Life is good and I need more 16 year old single malt scotch.

All of this may change over the next seven games. Except the scotch statement.

Looks like so far Harden has managed to cut down on his turnovers, while Lin has not.

Dwight's offensive stats have been very underwhelming. His impact would probably be seen on +/- numbers that can emphasize his defense.

    24 TO's per 36 may hurt him

Lin had a really bad third quarter last game. And so far at least 2 failed alley oop passes to Howard 16" above the rim. Give it time for the roster to settle in and the sample size to get beyond miniscule.

Harden and Dwight's stats will probably be the same in the regular season

Hardens apg and rpg will be higher though and ppg slightly lower and Dwight's bpg and rpg will be higher

Very promising, I wonder if this can be updated as the preseason continues breaking it down every game, every 3 games and finally every 5 games to kind of gauge how a player is trending.
