Asik: Dunk everything, practice FT. Catching the ball.
    Lin: Ball handling, 3pt shooting
DW: keep working on FT and post moves, did awesome.
TJones: defense/box out. Dont give a **** about your offense. practice being mad and wanting to get rebounds. fk this guy was easily the worst player in the rotation for playoffs.
    patbev: 3pt
    harden: stamina.
Parsons: practice being humble, Lin can help with that.

rest of bench: dunno. I think daniels will stay. needs to work on defense. and get in some set plays for him.

Harden: Go workout with Lebron/Durant and learn how to be a true leader.

Beverley: Should go and get a good lawyer so that he can file charges for the abuse that Lillard did to him.

Lin: He will be traded so

Asik: He should look in the mirror and understand what is staring back at him. (a 7 footer so dunk the damn ball) he misses too many lay ups

Howard: No more baby mama's please this summer

Parsons: Go to your local dollar store and buy duck tape. Then unwrap the tape and put it over your big mouth. Learn to STFU

Jones: You kicked a homeless guy and then during the season every PF in the league kicked you in the your ass. So no kicking people this summer cuz karma is a b****.

Garcia: Retire because we all know that you lied on your birth certificate. You're really 45 yrs old

We need a real 4 and a real coach. Our offense was a freelance offense and we won 54 games. Our defense was guard your man and have Dwight and Omer protect at the rim.

Honestly I think any unemployed coach who knows even a lick of defensive strategy looked at the Rockets like a starving kid looks at a fat kid throwing away his half eaten hot dog. You have not one...but TWO defensive luxuries. Underachieved is putting it lightly for this team. Lin is talented but so damn inconsistent. Can someone shave his head ala Natalie Portman in V for Vendetta and keep him trapped so he can't feel doubt and panic anymore? He's a liability way more than he is a force. Like having Mo Williams for 8 mill a year. Chandler needs to get the hell off whatever cloud he came back from LA on and learn to finish at the rim and shoot the ball like it's basketball and not water polo. Harden could shed a few pounds and make his bed 30 times a day. Maybe the practice of covering something would instill the habit in him. Dwight should shoot 100 free throws every time he farts this offseason. Omer should stand in front of a tennis machine and practice catching the tennis balls it throws, then calmly putting them in a bucket. Beverly needs a groomer. Hopefully the same groomer could teach him how to hit a three. Terrence Jones needs a therapist after the way Lamarcus abused him. He should show up with a doll already pin pointing where LMA touched him.

Dmo, Casspi and Garcia can all apply for jobs at construction sites. I hear they're hiring. Dmo could tape and float an 8 foot ceiling without a ladder or stilts, his height would be useful there.

Yea...let us not pretend Asik's sh_t don't stink. He has a lot of room for improvement.

Those drives to the basket where he's trying to precisely lay the ball up versus a sure thing dunk attempt were mind boggling. You are right there at the rim; dunk the f__ken thing!

James Harden: Work on defensive drills this entire postseason...you want to be a top 5 player, embrace the challenge of defense...and a more expansive defensive knowledge will help with your offensive game.

Dwight Howard: Work on getting a jump shot. Blake Griffin made a huge effort to being a more complete offensive player...If Howard can develop a shooting game to his repertoire, he may become a more unguardable player...

Chandler Parsons: You are 6'9" and there is no reason a player of your skill level misses so many shots at the rim. Work on finishing better. And develop a post game. Must drastically improve on his perimeter defense.

Omer Asik: Call up Otis Thorpe and learn how value it is to have strong hands...Dont need to jump really high, but strong hands will make him a better player. Work on receiving Pick and Roll passes and "Dunking" the ball.

Patrick Beverley: Have to improve the handles and shooting. You have a gift of being a defensive pest, but you have to improve on knocking down open shots...being streaky hurt him.

Jeremy Lin: Get a tattoo:)))...seriously toughen up...the only thing holding you back is a lack of confidence. Improving your confidence will help you in every other facet of basketball: making good decisions, attacking the rim and finishing with the left, not blowing open fastbreak layups, and nailing open jump shots...

Terrence Jones: Work with Howard this post season on becoming a defensive presence. You are an advanced offensive player, but a really poor defensive player. Get in the weight room and gain some bulk.

DMo: refer to TJones, but work more on being patient in the post. Operating too fast has cost you a chance to play this post season. And bulk up.

Daniels: work on developing better handles and keep refining the jumpshot.

    Garcia/Caspi: ask to leave.

Canaan: be prepared to take over the starting PG duties at anytime

Covington: be prepared to take over Parsons' role on this team

Everyone has something to work on this offseason. Morey has to also bring in more shooters and perhaps a physical PF. Mchale, please just submit the resignation letter. You are a very good person, but your coaching has much to be desired. Les...keep believing and be willing to take a bit of Luxury tax next year if it means fielding a playoff team!!!

McHale has to go for the simple fact that on multiple occasions he's matched harden onto power forwards abd centers. Lopez scored 4 straight on harden in the post because McHale matched him up and didn't bring help

seriously question your basketball knowledge when you give Butterfingers Asik an A+ and think Lin isn't a PG...when he hasn't even played that position this past year. What games are you watching? Dwight also needs to stop making dumb fouls and work on his FT shooting.

They need to work on things they can actually improve on. Asik is not going to develop soft hands or a refined post game. He's just not.

But Harden can stay in shape, Lin can learn how to play PG properly, and Dwight can learn Zen to cut down on stupid emotional fouls.

Haren - Get some D. Seriously, improve that Defense. Learn post-us.

Lin - better handles, FINISH around the rim. Improve shooting. Keep up the D

Parsons - Learn when to open your mouth. Improve on D, try to get faster, practice mid-range shots

Howard - Freethrows. Freethrows, Freethrows, Freethrows. Quit going to that stupid hook, improve post game.

Beverley - Stay healthy, improve the shot and perfect that floater, it works.

McHale - If you're going to come back at least learn to coach.

Daniels - Learn how to be a player in this league. Keep up the 3 ball.

DMo - Defense (seeing a trend here?) and the 3.

Jones - Once again the D, learn to shoot better.

Asik - Learn to finish around the rim, IMPROVE CONDITIONING

Garcia - You were good in the playoffs last year and last few games of the season. If you're feeling it, SPEAK UP

    Casspi - Say your goodbyes.

Hamilton - Same as above or make yourself relevant somehow.

Morey - Better do something about that bench.

Jones and D-Mo develop a reliable jump shot, defense, rebounding and free throws. Harden- physical and mental fitness, ball handling, post up game and defense. He should work with Mario Elie.

I can't believe everyone is jumping on the "Daniels Bandwagon". Let's face it--the kid is a one-trick-pony. In games 4 and 5 he took a total of like 4 shots in30 minutes of play. The opposition was on him like glue.

Daniels: can be handle the ball? can he penetrate, can he drive? is he a good defender? the guy is skinny...will be bulk up? he's probably a terrible rebounder for his position, etc. Personally I wonder if he even makes the team next year. What good is to have a 3 point specialist if that's all he does, the opponent knows it, and so he is only open for 2 or 3 shots per game? Novak is the exception because he's 6'11" and can shoot over people.
