KJ, Ennis and Harrell for Taj Gibson makes some sense, and works money wise. Great defensive player, sharp contrast to Anderson at the four spot.
I think it's still all about Wilson Chandler. 3 and D wings who are playoff ready are precious. Ring chasing big men are going to get bought out. We will be able to pick someone up. KJ + Ennis + Nene (plus pick(s)) works for W Chandler. The Nuggets only have Mason Plumlee expiring next year (who I assume they want to resign). No other salary dropping off. Everyone of our players can be waived, have their option declined, or is an expiring. That lets Denver open up Max Cap Space this summer, which they can't as currently constructed. Plus Chandler is almost 30 and their core is significantly younger. I don't think he fits their long term plans. I think that's the play here. Harden/ Lou Bev/ Gordan Ariza/ Chandler Anderson/ Dekker Capela/ Montrez/ (big man chasing a ring who gets bought out and signs with us)
What if the Rockets make a move for Chandler moving Nene in the process and then go sign Larry Sanders? Would y'all be ok with that?
Since we got Lou now I dont think Wilson Chandler is necessary and Denver's asking price will probably quite steep. I dont we have a chance after sending out our 1st round pick. I think our biggest need is a defensive big man. Bogut and Tyson Chandler are both plausible targets.
I still think the Rockets should try to get someone like Alex Len as a rental. The Suns aren't playing for anything and money-wise KJ and Ennis gets it done and the Suns can get rid of both of them at the end of the season if they want to.
Well if nothing else there should be at least one other move before tomorrow. Could definitely see Morey cashing in on Dekker, Harrell, Ennis, and KJ for established vets like Chandler.
