Keep in mind we have currently 2 players that can drrible the ball. When one is injured we rely on either Harden or CP to dribble all the time. I cringed everytime Eric or GG put the ball on the floor last season. Plus he got lenght to switch and distrupt

If you cringe with Gordon then prepare to die from cringing spasms when you watch MCW dribbling.

Wtf is up with Morey and "unload a historical amount of 3pt attempts" strategy while brining in mediocre to **** shooters constt?

Can we get a JJ Reddick, Korver type for once?

    Awful exaggeration.

The Kinkaid forward is a better shooter.

Why are they not prioritizing Luc right now?

It doesn't really make sense to add MCW at pg, they have too many and it looks like they want to go young at backup pg. MCW will probably get time at pg inevitably but his main role will be sg. Getting Green back replaces Gordons shooting and cutting, MCW replaces Gordan's ball handling. So the combination of Green and MCW behind Harden make Gordon obsolete. Plus there are not a lot of sf available so it looks like trade is going to be the route, Gordon has the most easily advertisable option of our roster's expendable pieces. Or they couldn't and I could just be doped outta my gourd

I guess his shoulder injury has something to do with it.

nothing. he shouldn't even be in the league imo. he just happens to be a filler for really bad teams thats kept him in the league, so hes barely hanging on

He's really good at being tall and having long arms for a PG. That's about it though there are some numbers that suggest he's a decent defender. Think a poor man's Shaun Livingston.

I imagine that he would be used as a spot defender late in games and for not much else, assuming we get him with the intention of keeping him. Maybe worst case he's a sort of backup PG but he is extremely bad on offense as we all know.

They are likely setting the table for vet minimum guys they can sign. I don't think his stock can be any lower.

Could he be a defensive specialist for short stretches? I don't know. That shot is absolutely atrocious.

I keep thinking that it's gotta have something to do with MCW having success against the Warriors, his long arms and ability create turnovers at a extremely high level, as well as his ability to pass the ball and defensive versatility with his length. Maybe they also think CP3 could teach him something.

There's no doubt he's a bust relative to the rookie hype, but does do a couple things very well that we need. It's not the worst idea to kick the tires on him for the minimum.

He's not that bad, Livingston is actually a great comparison but MCW is more explosive. As a point guard he's a drive and kick guy, he doesn't have the most reliable jumper but he can have nights where his shot looks pretty damn solid. MDA will give him what he's lacking, confidence. Getting traded in his second year ****ed with his head but the talent is still there. His bad rap comes from a couple Shaqtin a fool moments and a lowlight reel of all his air balls and misses
