Not a bad look for the Rocket's uniform. I would definitely prefer that over what they have now. ------------------
What about a third option? The Hornets, Bulls, Pistons, Pacers, Sixers and Sonics have three options of their uniforms. If the Bulls can have a version with pinstripes can't we get one without. Even if its only for one year until we change arenas. Then they can redesign them totally and the one year (optional ) uni's can become collector items ------------------
Christ.....everyone thought I was serious about the Orange and Maroon? Worst color schemes (In no order): Spurs: I honestly think that the Spurs play soft because of that pansy ass, pastel paint brush, bull **** color scheme. Thank God they dont incorporate that on their jerseys. Suns: Basically looks like a monkey took a crap and these are the colors they decided to use. Pistons: The turquoise fad is long gone. Sonics: Too much damn green. Hornets: See Pistons. Cavaliers: Looks like a Halloween nightmare. Of course I know it's a coincidence. Obviously, the new uniforms haven't had anything to do w/our lack of success. I'm just saying lets get back to tradition. We did have alot of success in the red and gold. I saw the Rockets in those unis for 15 years. I say,why *uck w/tradition. I can't see successful franchises completely changing their logos and colors. I'd understand if we'd have a mediocre existence such as the nuggest,clippers,etc. But we've done pretty good. I know we'll never see the red and gold,it's just wishful thinking on my part. ------------------
btw: here is FrancisFan's I'm in the camp who doesn't like the saturated primaries, like red. Maryland?? Besides, seeing Cuttino driving on air with both feet off the ground makes me giddy.

Anyone have any ideas on how we can actually get these to the Rockets front office and into the hands of someone that matters? I like both sets, but the solid colors rock, classic unis with a little modernism thrown in. ------------------
Well, Smoothie has been telling me about these new uni's, so I had to stop by and check them out. I have to say I LOVE the navy blue for the road uni, but I'm not too crazy about the home uni with the blue on the sides (under the arm pits). The red is almost too busy, but the navy is AWESOME!
