lol, all this dude can say is "u watch boxscores"...so corny "I'd trade Harden for Lillard" "Josh Smith scored an easy 18 points on 7-21 shooting" sometimes people just need to realize when they're saying dumb **** and stop pretending that they know ball
Really? lol. Just to recap. You & Reeko said Smooth is washed up. I said I think he's very capable as a smallball 5 given his skillset. I posted a video of him earlier this year, and SPECIFICALLY pointed out 2 plays of him a) making a quick move off the dribble into the lane, then b) him in a pick&roll set where he scored off a jump hook over Gobert. You came back with boxscore stats lol. You offered nothing to rebuff any of the details of what i pointed out. Josh Smith is still quicker than most centers, he can handle the ball better than most centers, he can defend most centers & get his shot off over players bigger than him in the paint. Is he good enough to play as a 2nd/3rd string center off the bench? Absolutely
' so in today's NBA where everyone is gunning for smallball5 no one wants "prime small ball 5 supertar" Josh Smith??
30 organizations at the highest level since the beginning of 2016 have said no but 1 poster on clutchfans might count for something....
now that the stros game is over, one last thing before you can continue your JS lovefest on your own, while we continue to laugh. you make all this noise accusing people of boxscore stats this and that, yet lets remind everyone who specifically posted "scored an easy 18 pts" #easy18 to begin with. Oh you? Ok. It was obviously a significant feat to you since you wanted us to know. You then tried to describe yourself as a fan that is interested in the more details of the game. Yet, when we bring up what aspects went into this #easy18 point game that YOU specifically mentioned, it doesn't apply. That's probably because it makes your #easy18 claim completely irrelevant so it doesn't apply of course. typical. Regardless this subject is done for me, he wont be back in this league. Time to enjoy the weekend. Go stros!
Again. All this and u STILL havent clarified what exactly ur saying. Are you saying Josh Smith's not good enough to play in the nba? If so, based off what?
JSmoov has an amazing, competitive heart. I'd love to see him play in the league one last time and finish strong. His Game 6 performance will always be legendary, as will his effort during the first season he signed with Htown. That was magical...even the Mavs series with the constant Smoov-D12 lob party.
1. Can JS play as backup to Nene? Because that's what TB is here for. 2. Tariq Black has an NBA contract 3. Maybe you know something that Morey don't
@hakeemthagreat Why did the Pelicans already waive the great Josh Smith?? he better brush up on his Chinese...
The question was is he better than Tariq Black. At this point, Black can't even catch a damn pass. He's had his chance due to injury, and MDA won't even let him play more than 3-4 minute stretches. Josh Smith should be a Rocket
