Jordan Hill is a much better post defender than Terrence Jones by far. Hill is an underrated post defender.

He's really improved his game a lot. He's turned into a plus defender and excellent rebounder. He can finish around the rim and he's developed a mid-range jumper. He was raw coming in. Always had the talent. Looks like he's been working hard on his game. Would welcome him back. Definitely worth the MLE.

I'd be stoked to have Jordan Hill back in Rockets' Red.
The boost in minutes last year really allowed Hill to flourish in L.A.
Exactly the royal jelly a maturing player needs when tapping into their talent.

I feel almost anyone at PF would be an upgrade defensively over Tjones. He simply gets bullied down low, but does make some impressive blocks on the perimeter. Wish he'd put on 20-30 more lbs.

Jordan Hill looked a lot better last season, that's for sure.

^ I know they're just highlight, but it looks like he got better at finishing around the rim and his mid-range got more consistent, since last time he was here.

Quite often we develop good talent by sending them to other teams. Still I see a strong similarity between TJones and Hill. Give Terrence another year and he'll at least at that level if not better.

This. It should also be noted that Daryl Morey seems to think he's worth a look.

LOL - like there before the sunrise of the party that evening.

He would be a great fit next to Howard, especially if his midrange jumper is consistent. He runs the floor well, so he fits with the early offense concept.

Could play 10-15 minutes next to Dwight no doubt.
