Eh...it's pretty comparable in terms of average temperature. Add in the fact that Manila is typically as humid as a sweaty armpit and a/c is not as commonly used/available, I would much prefer Houston.
It's definitely humid in Manila too. I'd say it's comparable to Houston, if not worse due to the pollution.
I'm looking at the humidity in Manilla... and it's like 90% in the middle of the day. Houston is nowhere near that humid... and Houston is considered humid. Houston is only that humid in the early morning, but then it will be around 60-70% humidity during the day during the summer.
