If we had the assurance of T Jones having an improved jumper I dont think we go after Bosh. I think we're underrating him honestly and the fact that he averaged one more rebound then Bosh WITH a dominant center in the paint already says something to me about Bosh. Jones has a massive amount of potential if he can just fix his jumper.

Bosh's Defense is on another level compared to Jones. LA is not dropping consecutive 40 point games on Bosh.

Don't forget, Bosh has elite PnR defense. People underrate him so much...

LA dropped 40 points on Jones and Asik... But besides the fact I would not want us to spend another 19 million on a guy just because he can defend LA better.

I cant believe we're really letting LA dick our franchise out of 20+ million. I'm sure if we face Portland again in the playoffs Dwight will guard LA the entire time with Jones playing the weakside. We made that adjustment towards the end of the series and LA got very cold.

I think it's been stated that Bosh might be willing to take slightly less in Miami w/ Lebron but wants a 4 year max deal elsewhere.

    On a side note:

How come we aren't going after guys like Caron Butler or James Johnson? Or are we just waiting on the dominos to fall? I could say Butler coming off the bench behind Parsons and letting him run the offense with James sitting as well. Would he command too much money?

because those aren't game changers. they will
be sought after if the big names can't be signed. we can use a multiple of them to fill bench and hit cap.

I like Bosh, honestly, he fits well here but 20 million is just way too much in my opinion. I think we should go ahead and match Parsons offer, pick up Jordan Hill and another SF that can hit the 3 (C. Butler).. and then get some old head guy that can back up Howard for cheap.

SA is usually on point with his info when it comes to things like this. Still I will believe it when I see it.

The real proof will be when some one like
Woj tweets Lin has been moved.

can't sign Bosh till then even if Morey was at his door step contract in hand.

I hope Bosh is aware of the Chandler Parsons predicament.
