lets get some tape of Bosh guarding an elite player when he was 22... Im sure he was locking him down

in fact Bosh at 22 was a similar player to Jones

    Agreed.

....are you serious? Once you hit 30, you are on the wrong side of it....how is that hard for you to understand? Do I need to draw you a picture?

    We can keep all of:
    Harden
    Howard
    Parsons
    Jones
    Beverley
    Canaan
    Covington
    Daniels

If I am not mistaken, that is 8 players. Who are you so concerned about losing???
Bosh is a terrific defender as a 4 or 5 who can space the floor. The absolute perfect fit for this team.

So who better to mentor Jones for 4 years? Why would you prefer Motie and Lin trying to show Jones how to be an effective big man? Those 2 have no clue.

Terrence Jones is a 23 year old Bosh? are you on crack, Bosh at any age was and will be better than what Jones can ever be.

Not according to Bima if we're giving Bosh 20 mil. Cut Canaan, Covington, Daniels, and Jones from that list and that's what we'd have to get down to in order to give the big softie his 20 mil.

and Jones had a better defensive and offensive rating, a better True shooting%, a better turnover percentage and a better block percentage... while having identical PERs and Rebound rates

What if we S&T for Bosh? Use our MLE?
Assume we do a 4 way trade (the rumored philly trade)

Lin and Motiejunas, picks to Philly
Bosh, rights to McDaniels and Grant to Houston
Multiple future draft picks to Miami

We sign someone like Chalmers or Augustin with MLE, sign Garcia and Hollins or some other cheap center to veteran minimum deals

All very plausible deals and signings if we can get Bosh.

Would we still be a super weak team with no depth? And every team in the nba is banking on no injuries? What kind of argument is that? I'd say we'd be way more ****ed if lets Howard got injured with our current team then if Howard got injured and we had Bosh.

You do know bosh is a allstar talent correct? He's more then this r****ded label of "soft pf". He's sacrificed his stats for Miami and now a bunch of dummies think he's no better then Patrick Patterson or Jones because he's not dropping 25 points and 12 rebounds. Chris Bosh is still an excellent player and would be the ultimate fit with Howard Harden and Parsons.

Were not just paying Bosh the max for his talent. Were paying for Howard, Harden, Bosh and Parsons all to play together, were paying for a championship team.

I am typing slowly, because you can't read fast:

IT IS NOT EITHER/ OR. We would have both.

Yes, that is very hard for me to understand in fact because it does not make sense. By using your great logic ever player that is 30 and over should just retire.

Sign and trade and we can keep them, and since were using labels instead of his name, we'd be paying the 9 time all star, 2 time nba champion 20 million yes.

How many times would he have been an All Star if he'd played in the West his whole career? Once maybe? I'm just saying he's not the guy a lot of you think he is. Scottie Pippen was a 7 time All Star and 6 time NBA champion, does that mean he was any good for the Rockets?

When he arrived here, Pippen was as old as bosh will be when he is finished here.
