This is a smart move, we're basically forcing Clippers to play their hardest just to prove us wrong for flying out early.

 

I would love to see a Game 7, solely for this!!! whole squad at the game to see who they play next.

Really if roles were reversed and GSW was doing this - y'all would have little pictures of harden in their heads with the slogan "rent free"... am I wrong?

I'd be posting stuff about our guys have fun practices - some relaxing at the pool... showing how we got a break bc we took care of business...

and most importantly... i'd have every player saying "whoever we face...." and "without knowing who our next opponent is..." - playing up the fact that GSW advancing isn't a lock...

all this seems like we're expecting GSW to advance... i wouldnt give them the credit...

my guess that this is part of the psychological warfare that happens during the playoffs. Some use the media, we chose a different path. We want them to be thinking about us and not the clippers or get over confident. It's a small investment but the rewards can be big if they play a game 7. No lose situation for us.

 

It's for them to get use to the time difference in California. In case the worriers take care of business on Friday. There might be an early game Sunday between them if so I read somewhere

Rockets don't care who knows how obsessed they are with the GSW. I like it. From the Gm to the ball boys, Rockets want everyone to know what's up with the wassup. Nobody is playing out here. Nobody is frontin'. With no pride or shame, Rockets desperately want to beat the GSW.

I was reading on a certain Worrier site that they were not happy about this because they thought it was going to give the Clippers material to psyche them up even more. I of course agreed but let them know that if they were so good it shouldn't matter.
