I play in a 40 and up league against Antoine Carr here in SA and he still looks in good shape for his age and rebounds at very high rate. I will tell him to get on I-10E and head to toyota center for a tryout haha

    He's got a 7-2 wingspan

It's true that Adrien is a former player, but still only 28. And true that Adrien is an undersized PF (6-7 in shoes) who is best close to the basket. However, he is a Hoover on the boards, great finisher, smart with very good court vision and has added face the basket game since he was last here. Not a great leaper but doesn't have to be with his pterodactyl length arms (7'2 wingspan), anticipation, understanding of angles and is a very physical player. Adrien will cause all kinds of trouble for LMA, Griffin, Love, Dirk and even Duncan.

At first I thought this was a RGV move but more I think of it, Adrien is Taj Gibson lite, less height and jump shooting but more physical D and CHEAPER.

Love this signing. All Morey needs to do now is lock up Lance Stephenson and the Rockets will be shocking people this season.

Are you referring to the Wizards being idiots for signing Humphries(and how Morey doesn't have to be an idiot by overpaying for backup bigs)??

Or are you referring to ME personally being an idiot because there are other idiot posters that said something I'm responding to?

Please clarify before you pretend to throw insults & be a little more specific about what exactly you think I'm being an Idiot about.

Finally got a defensive PF. I'm feeling good about this season. Lots of defense all of a sudden and only lost one offensive player in Lin.

I don't have a problem with these league-minimum signings. It's possible they'll help with defense and rebounding (I hope so!); it's also possible that they won't get significant minutes in the rotation or even make the squad.

A year too late. Wanted him last year. Now I don't care. He's much better than Casspi/Garcia/Hamilton.

It's like you wanting addidas wind pants to match your Adidas shoes and having to settle for the two stripe brand wind pants..... Sums up Rockets latest acquisitions

AB0 Part I/II and Camby Part I/II/III/IV(?) have already convinced me. No further proof is needed.

Adrien is a good signing for the minimum. A hard worker who will do the dirty work.

Have y'all seen Dmo in the summer league? Ok........
