Just a guess... I can't imagine that DTV would let the programming that was on FSH disappear into thin air. BUT it always helps to call and request that they find a way to keep coverage of the Rockets as they have in the past. The DTV channel in previous years for FSH has been 678 and 678-1 (HD). In the B-CS area it was included, AFAIK, for most subscribers without paying for the regional sports package. I have a legacy type subscription so that may not apply to newer packages. If NBA League Pass is the only way to see games we got before, I hope all who have DTV and want to see the games continue to be offered (outside of LP), will make their wishes known to DTV, Comcast AND the Rockets. I include the Rockets because they have PR at stake as being fan friendly or not. So call everyone you can think of that might have a hand in seeing that we have the option of seeing the Rockets without League Pass. Too many of us Rockets fans can't justify the expense of LP when we don't give a fig about watching any other teams. I've already called DTV and will continue to call and ask every few days. The more buzz fans create the better chance we have. (Oh, and a tip for bypassing some of the recorded stuff when you call DTV... when asked what are you calling about, just say "COMPLAINT." It will get you to a representative pretty quickly.)
Might be a dumb question but I have subbed to NBA LP for the past 10-12 seasons, and I have DirecTV, live in NY, no Comcast, not like I would switch, but will the rockets home feed be available on the LP channels? So say it's Thunder at Rockets, will we have both Thunder and our Rockets feed? Since it comes from NBA.
I received an email from ROCKETS INSIDER about providers (DTV etc) not having CSN. It offered a link that allowed you to "request" CSN to your specific provider. thats how i found out about this whole ordeal. AFAIK I see CSN on DTV, but its only in the premium package, which is nuts considering i basically only have DTV for basketball.
