Rockets formally ask permission to interview Mavs' Dwane Casey

A very tattered veil. Most of these posts are along the lines of "The Rockets sure seem to be interested in black coaches lately", and not the more direct "I don't want a black coach." Thankfully.

Either way, I feel like I'm back in the 20th century.

 

Not at all. But I thought I knew who Casey was.. and a black guy wasn't it. Now I have no idea who I was thinking of.. just thought it was weird. A few people believed he was as well.. weird.

I think Casey will get the job, I'm also warming to the idea after watching Dallas take apart the Lakers offense these last few nights.

 

The Lakers are taking their own offense apart. Dallas is just along for the ride. I think the Rockets could beat this current Laker squad. You know it's bad when RonRon starts b*tch-slapping little guards towards the end of the game.
