Honestly, my worst nightmare is the Rockets getting the #8 seed and having to play GSW. And watch that smug team punch the Rockets in the face for 4 games and yuck it up. That is my worst nightmare.

worst nightmare is Kevin Durant signing with the Lakers next year and then taking Harden and Beasley with him the following year. Then we can all root for Harden while he's wearing purple and gold.
Lol harden is my favorite player in the league, but he's definitely only that because he wears rockets red. If he were on any other team I seriously doubt I'd be able to root for him. That said, my nightmare is similar to yours - I don't want harden to leave.
gotta agree with this point. he better be relieved of his duties the minute after the season ends. need a coach who understands rotations, has a decent defensive philosophy, makes in game adjustments, draws up real plays after timeouts, uses timeouts in an effective and efficient manner and who actually holds players accountable. bring on the lottery!

been a rocket fan for 20 years. i didnt have this misery rooting for 2001-2002 rockets which won like 20 games to draft yao ming because we were not expecting anything. Also the 2005-2006 year when tmac went down. This team is very frustrating because it has the talent but lacks team fundamentals and is not disciplined at all.
Same here. In year's past, I wouldn't have even been able to sleep after watching us lose a close game against the jazz. Last night, I didn't even care. Just went to bed and slept like a baby all night. I only care as much as they do, I guess.
worst nightmare is still having to support this lazy, entitled, whiny team. i'd rather support a team full of workers and fighters even if the record is the same or worse.
My worst nightmare is making the playoffs, winnig a round and JBB getting extended, and playing Brewer 40+ mpg the next 3 years.
Signing an extension for JB would be the worst event. I've never hated a coach more. I'd rather have Mchale clapping saying we have to play harder than JB any day. Some one that can run plays and not try to copy a free flowing offensive attack based off of others success.
