Tucker can defend 1-5, Clemons cannot even defend NBA 1's.

Even a nimrod understands that context.

    Another vertical lob threat/rim protector/defends 1-5/runs floor/nasty finisher option.

    6'6 Justin Anderson (7'0 wingspan 44" vert)

Also putting up multiple 40 burger double doubles in G League.

Could be a young PJ Tucker.

Johnson’s better than Clemons, but he is injured. He will be a burden on the team, rather than an asset.

I'm sure this is just insurance to ensure we are able to better manage Hardens and WBs minutes by pulling them earlier when games are well in hand...

jus kidding, its MDA... lol ;)

Your comment on him being just plain active on both ends caught my attention. He seems to have consistency in his game. This is hard to find. If he is fit and ready, I'm okay with giving him a chance.
Bolden is more explosive and longer, but I don't think he plays with as much focus and intelligence as Anderson. Bolden is better than Bruno. I'm not expecting anything from the Brazilian.

I think he still retains some of that despite being out of the NBA.

Meh. I'd rather take a chance on Cousins.

On the one hand I love Justin Anderson type players. All hustle. Maximizing whatever natural ability they have.

On the other hand I hate Justin Anderson type players. Not that good at the end of the day. Not enough natural ability.

I’ve never been a huge Tyler Johnson fan either. Certainly not now.... why another 6’3 player?

They need more 6’6-6’10 swing forwards.

anderson is out of the league for a reason. I don’t see him making any significant impact.

Rivers doesn’t approve. He wants to be the only mixed player.

    Very myopic outlook.

Former D & G Leaguers who excelled in NBA:

    Christian Wood
    Hassan Whiteside
    Danny Green
    Robert Covington
    Shaun Livingston

    Other who were starters/rotation players:

    Alonzo Trier
    Marcin Gortat
    Gerald Green
    J.J. Barea
Rafer Skip to my Lou Alston
    Chris Birdman Anderson

If the Rockets were contenders instead of pretenders then they would be all in on getting Cousins and cutting one of their many scrubs like Bruno.
