If we find out that Dorsey was signed to a deal either (a) worth more than the league minimum or (b) lasting longer than two years, then you would be correct. However, if the Rockets would not sign Landry to a full MLE deal under any circumstances, then it really wouldn't be much of a loss in value. It would be sad for the team to lose a good young asset, but at that price, he would become more of a liability.

So Carl signed with us eventually but there's no news about Joey's signing. Perhaps it's safe to say Carl is signed at the expense of Joey?
Morey is cautious about his word in the past. He said the signing should be closed by end of the week. I think something was withholding the deal, maybe the organization does not want to pay the luxury tax at all?
