Can we use money to get a center? That center must able to guard AD and Gianns, if we look for champion. Otherwise I suggest to get Kevin love to form big 3 better. We need to get some former all star like last year Raptors to take Gasol and Kawhii. It is a formula to win. Last year, Raptors can have 5 strong players, Lowry, sikam, ibaka, Kawaii, gasol. I think Houston is reference with Warriors model, but they still have to pick a good center before playing small ball.
Len is literally the only player i see no reason for us to get, Hartenstein is literally Len, but younger, smarter, cheaper and with more upside...i'm actually confident it's not going to be Len but a different type of center.
At least iggy went out to get jiggy with in MIAMI...one less nuisance to James and Russ in the playoffs. But this trade could be the one where we sneak in for a serviceable if not exciting fit at the front lines
If Tilman gave Morey the ability to actually try and build a team, he could squeeze in the Iggy/Gallo deal and grab Olynyk.
Even if TIlman realizes the magnitude of mistakes now, the amount of assets we've burned to turn a 60 win, championship caliber team into this is almost too absurd to believe. We had to replace the Ariza/Luc roles essentially; but we've burned pick after pick to tinker with backup players, let them walk, and swap out HOF point guards. Neat!
