    How about Mbah A Moute? I think he played great last season with the clips everytime I saw him. (I dont watch too many Clippers games)

    A lot of the guys, I hoped we'd get as veteran bench strength are going. We need to get this Melo deal done and get to the next step asap.

    Would be interesting to see all 'the players that are still left' and who are seriously ring chasing if we indeed get Melo.......

    Hopefully not just Dleaguers.

    They don't know what they have with this Carmelo thing in limbo. And if Carmelo does work, we don't know who will be willing to come for pay cut.

    @Nimo you are looking at these things through convoluted eyes.

    We are only targeting vet minimum signings. I believe Morey himself has said this or MDA.

    These signings have no bearing on us. These are players not signing for the minimum.

    These are players, who have realized the market is vastly different than last year. Everyone is Penny pinching this year. No long term deals or crazy money except Timmy jr.

    That's why we are seeing lots of one year deals. Agents and players are taking some decent 1yr money now with hopes there is a better buyers market next year.

    Minimum. Only the vet minimum is available. The bae is being saved for buyouts.

    None of these players are signing for the minimum. You are upsetting yourself at Morey for no reason.

    Also, no reason to believe he isn't contacting players for the minimum. But it's in their best interest to wait it out and see if a better deal transpires. And we need to be patient anyway since we are hardcapped and need to find out were we land after a melo deal.

    Your talking about 9-10th rotation guys at best. Not world beaters. Let's relax a little

    yup the rockets already have their core bench in tact. they're not going out to sign any other FA to some significant contract. the rest of the guys coming will fill out at extremely low contracts
