Rockets are talking with the Grizzlies about a deal that includes Knight and a pick

Well duh lol. You can't really think that a team is going to give us a great player for our trash lol.

 

What happened to him? The first year he was descent. If you think about it. We didnt have Anderson, Luc, or cp3 for game 6 and 7 against the warriors. We really should have beat them in 6 games.

 

We thought we were close on some deals @ElPigto. Obviously nothing that came across the finish line. We haven't had the season we've wanted or expected but we still like this team. We still think our best basketball is ahead of us. Clint Capela is due back any day now, which will be a huge boost for us. Chris Paul is working his way back. Now we gotta go out in the 2nd half and play Houston Rockets basketball that I know they're capable of playing. It's still our goal of getting home court in the first round and I think we can do that.

 

Of course, but it's kinda depressing, if we end up throwing a pick in the toilet to dump Knight, we should've kept Anderson.

If we get Green and Temple, which I have a hard time believing, getting rid of the first will be worth it. I'm all in with doing whatever is necessary to put a ****ing team around Harden. Morey screwed up big time this summer getting MCW/Ennis and whatever other trash he got.

We need to bring back House and trade all the picks to get a couple other rotation players.

 

He signed an 18m/year contract and the second he had a few bad games everyone roasted him to **** over it. Then he came back and played well but got hurt and whoever’s call it was buried him on the bench. Then they were so mad about it they gave away a good draft pick to get rid of him to take back a player that hasn’t been able to run for 2 years at the same price tag minus a year on the contract.

I guess so, we'll se what happens, even though i wouldn't expect much by Temple, we always love the idea of getting players from other teams cause we think they're much better than what we have when maybe they really aren't.

Looks like no one in the league wants our 4 future firsts so that means we aren't making any game changing moves before the deadline.

1st or 2nd round exit at best.. and that's if we even make the playoffs because we seem to be free falling ever since we lost Capela.

 

If Morey can get Green and Temple for Knight and a single #1, then Morey deserves a medal.... I’ve heard some variation of this deal for months but I personally cannot see the Grizzlies doing it for so little.

I've only seen Temple play recently and had only remembered when he was with the Rockets and there is really considerable improvement from his old Rox days. The guy can ball now.
