I would use Notepad. It keeps everything in plain text format.

Any program that can import a Comma Separated Values (.csv) file can import this. It would surprise me if the Palm datebook (on your PC) did not have some kind of utility to do this.

EDIT: Your Trio looks like it will import Outlook information, which probably also means that it will import from other sources. If you have an owners manual or can point me to the documentation for your calendaring software, I can find out pretty easily.

Thanks for prompting me to do some more searching, here's how it works for Palm Desktop (calender)...

Import the .csv file into Outlook (which I have) then export the info from Outlook to a .vcs file for Palm!

I think I can do this!

    Thanks!

edit: not so easy...still working on this. :(
I need to figure how to convert a .csv file to a .dba or a .vcs file.

Import the file into Outlook. Install the Palm Desktop software with the option to sync with MS Outlook. Perform the HotSync and it should take all your info such as the Calendar, tasks, memos, etc...from Outlook and place it on your Treo.
