Good analysis. Healthy Lin will be the difference in playoff.

I think I will still cringe when he drives to the basket in traffic.

The bench has been great the past 2-3 weeks.

Asik is back. DMo has become a defensive force. Lin is playing well. Hamilton is only bench player struggling lately.

The starting unit has not played well consistently the past 10-13 games. Dwight has been playing hurt in some of the games and Parsons is in a funk (is his back still giving him issues?). Harden, Beverley, and Jones tend to be playing well.

He never said a word about it when he was going through that rough stretch. The injury is an explanation, not an excuse.

If he does disappear again, it's only because his back pain returned.

    bolded for emphasis

Yeah, we all get it. Lin can look good in 10 game stretches. He can also look terrible for 15 game stretches. Never seen someone's statistics so cherry picked.

    Playoffs. No lame excuses.

Bingo, that's all I care about because he essentially sat out two postseasons in a row.

Lin needs to bring his A game in the playoffs. His contribution off the bench is the difference in us being a good team or a legit contender.

Why couldn't Lin get hurt instead of the Beverley? :(

If one of our PG's have to get hurt, I would rather the one whose balls haven't dropped yet to be the one injured.

This and your earlier comment, wow. This response was not a saving grace, really just making it worse for yourself...
