    Found from this article:

    http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcon...vs/stories/122009dnspomavsbriefs.36f29bc.html

" Kidd gets tough: Carlisle commended Jason Kidd for his play Friday night.

"He took that hard foul and he was making a point," Carlisle said of Kidd's second-half foul. "It's time to quit being soft and start playing harder and at a higher level."

However, Carlisle understands that no matter how much the Mavericks bowed up against Houston, the bottom line was not good. Their home record dropped to 9-4, which is worse than their 10-4 road record. "

Where was that foul? Who is Carlisle kidding here? We have the video with him and thomas handshaking. Did he send Kidd out there to mess with Andersen and have Thomas back him up?

Basically at the end of the day all those guys (Dirk, Carlisle, Terry) Have to live with the fact that they are Dallas Mavericks, they choked in the finals, their owner is Mark Cuban and they play and reside in Dallas.

I would consider hell an upgrade.

So they can say whatever crap they want and whine more than any pro sports team around. But at the end of the day, they are themselves.

Too bad my Cowboys play there.

That might be what Rick Carlisle's endgame mastermind strategy is. Make his players believe that they are the wronged party, make them come out and play with a chip on their shoulder that is based in complete delusion.

    ****ing nitwit.

Purposeful hard foul -- that's pretty much the definition of a flagrant foul, isn't it?

I realize that Brooks is incapable of hurting Dampier, but I think that the flagrant came from the fact that there was no play on the ball.

Why do coaches condone with bad behavior?

If it's an unprofessional act, then say it was the heat of the moment. Don't attempt to play it out like it was nothing, and for God sake's don't excuse your players if they throw out punches and elbows.

I dont get the comment "he took a hard foul." He didnt take one, he gave a hard foul, it was Andersen on the receiving end, he took it. I dont understand how in the world u can actually back J Kidd up on this one, at all
